It is important that you are matched with a mental health worker that is right for you. So, when you are receiving funding through Glengarry Mental Health Initiative, you are able to switch the mental health worker you are seeing whenever you want.

Craig has over 25 years experience as a Mental Health Counsellor, Crisis Worker, Addiction's Worker, and Life Coach. He has extensive experience and training in trauma, addictions, autism, child welfare, corrections, parenting support, and mental health.
Craig recognizes that the most important aspect of helping anyone is building a strong therapeutic alliance. This is done by using a combination of evidence-based practices and a holistic client-centred approach.

"I am here to offer you or your love one support in times of need, with a gentle and compassionate approach to mental health treatment. I am committed to practicing evidence-based principles in therapy as we work together towards goals." Emily Millar is a Registered Psychotherapist, she offers treatment to children, adolescents and young adults, particularly for those experiencing: anxious symptoms, depressive symptoms, anger and behavioural issues, difficulty regulating emotions; and difficulty managing stress. Emily also works with parents/ caretakers to develop a specialized treatment plan to support their child. Her primary approach to therapy is based in the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with contributions from her studies of Mindfulness practices and Applied Behaviour Analysis. Emily also utilizes play-based techniques, creating a safe space for a young person to express their thoughts and feelings. Emily has office space in Williamstown, ON. She also offers virtual sessions.

Rhonda Quinn is a registered social worker specialized in addressing emotion regulation challenges for persons ages 12 and up. She works well with young adults experiencing anxiety, depression or issues of hopelessness. She offers services virtually or in-person in Cornwall ON for individuals and families.

Central Healing Counselling Inc.
Central Healing Counselling is a practice located in Cornwall, ON, and consists of 9 individuals who are social workers, psychotherapists, CYCW, SSW or RSSW. They specialize in areas from crisis intervention, to child-parent conflicts, to abuse, addition, mood disorders along with many other topics. The practice offers face-to-face and online counselling. Community Conex
Community Conex provides exceptional and in-depth psychotherapy to those in need. Our services cover a wide range of mental health and addiction issues including, but not limited to: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Issues, Health Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Phobias, and Depression. Our focus is on treatment of complex mental health issues over generalized supportive counselling. We focus on the use of Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Schema Therapy, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. Our service also provides clinical consultation/supervision for other practitioners. Currently, Community Conex does not have a waitlist.

Chelsea received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and Criminology at the University of Ottawa (2012). She completed her Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology through Yorkville University in December 2022. Currently Chelsea is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and a member of the Canadian Registered Psychotherapists (Registration # 12023).
Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge to her counselling practice through her years spent working in child welfare, as a behavioural consultant, and as a mental health crisis therapist.
Chelsea is skilled in a variety of evidence based therapeutic approaches and works with clients toward their goals. She tailors her approach to meet each client's individual needs.
