If your mental health needs are a medical emergency, or if there is a concern you might hurt yourself or someone else, contact 9-1-1. This may sound scary, but it’s not supposed to be; the goal is to keep you safe!

Cornwall Community Hospital (CCH) Crisis Team

In-Person: If you are worried that you may hurt yourself or someone else, you are encouraged to go to Cornwall Community Hospital to chat in-person with a person on their crisis team. 

 

Call: Depending on your age, call the number best suited for you. The person who answers will offer support and  can make a direct transfer to the Mobile Crisis Team at CCH.

Youth Wellness Hub of Eastern Champlain

  • FREE single-session counselling to individuals, couples, and families on a first come, first served basis on Thursdays from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM (last session at 6:30 PM). No appointment is necessary. No referrals required. Everyone is welcome!

Bounce Back

Bounce Back is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress or worry. Delivered through workbooks (mailed to you), over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness.
