Mental Health Funding Application
Glengarry Mental Health Initiative subsidizes funding to those in need of mental health support. To be eligible, the individual must reside in the county of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, Cornwall or Akwesasne and must not have access to mental health services through employer benefits. Please note that this process is completely confidential, your information will not be shared outside of the GMHI team. 1. VERIFY ADDRESS
You will be asked to verify your home address as we are currently subsidizing funds to individuals who live in either the county of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry, in Akwesasne or in Cornwall.
2. EMPLOYER BENEFITS
Applicant must not already have access to mental health services through employer benefits.
3. AGE
You must be above the age of 18 to apply for funding. If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent/guardian co-sign for the funding.
4. APPLYING
Fill out the form below to apply for funding. Once you have been accepted, you will receive an email from GMHI notifying you of your acceptance.
5. REIMBURSEMENT
You will pay for your mental health resources, then will send the receipt to us. We will reimburse you!
Each individual receives $750 allotted to them.
Applications for mental health funding are now closed and will reopen July 2025.
